FAQ's

When will I receive my LowToxBox?

 

UK orders will be dispatched at the latest by close of business next day. We dispatch Monday to Friday (bank holidays excluded). All UK deliveries are made by Royal Mail, please choose from the following options at checkout.

 

Royal Mail 1st Class (not tracked) packages will aim to be delivered within 1 working day.

Royal Mail 2nd Class (not tracked) packages will aim to be delivered within 3 working days.

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For packages will aim to be delivered within 1 working day, with proof of delivery.

Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For packages will aim to be delivered within 3 working days, with proof of delivery.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm next day and will be tracked.

 

Should there not be someone in to accept delivery during working hours or if the Royal Mail considers that your order will not fit through the letter box, a card will be left informing the recipient contacts their local sorting office to arrange collection or to re-deliver at a suitable date.

 

We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available or due to the recipient failing to contact their local Royal Mail sorting office within a reasonable time to arrange collect or re-delivery.

 

If you have any delivery queries or your gift is urgent/for delivery by a specific date such as a birthday, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

 

*Delivery to remote areas such as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Isle of Man or the Isle of Wight may take up to 7 working days.

 

Do you ship to outside of the UK?

 

Yes, select the correct delivery option at checkout in the shop. For International purchases please email us at International Enquiries with your requirements.

Can I send directly to the gift recipient?

Yes, please select a separate delivery address at checkout.

 

Can I pick what's in my box?

 

LOWTOXBOX is designed to be a convenient and fun way to discover ethical products as a gift. We know that hunting around for the perfect products takes time and can be costly, that's why we carefully source the products that go into each box, so you don't have to! If, however you see something you love in our LowTox-Shop that you would like to send as a gift please notify us at checkout.

Can I personalise my gift?

 

Yes, select the gift option at checkout to add your personalised message. This will be added as a hand-written gift tag.

How do I know a tree has been planted for my LOWTOXBOX purchase?

We have been lucky enough to partner up with an Internationally recognised not-for-profit company that plant trees in Africa, America and Asia, which not only helps the planet but also helps the welfare of others around the world.

A certificate will be mailed to the email address provided at checkout, detailing a tree has been planted. If you would like to have this sent to the gift recipient then please detail this in the gift note area, with their email address. This will be emailed the last day of the month your order was processed.

 

 

How does payment work?

 

Payments will be processed at the time of order through our secure payment systems, PayPal and Stripe. The name and billing address provided must be the same as the registered name and address of the cardholder. An automatic email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.

Can I purchase products in the LowTox-Shop as a gift?

Yes, please select gift at checkout, with the option of adding a personalised hand-written gift tag.

 

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and the service we provide. We offer a full refund if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.

You have the right to cancel the contract up to 7 working days after delivery. Please contact us to inform us that you would like to cancel. Return the goods in the original packaging at your own cost and obtain proof of posting from your delivery provider. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Once we are in receipt of the goods we will refund the value of the goods in full.

 

 

Damages​

In the unlikely event of receiving damaged goods, the purchaser should contact us within 3 days of receipt of goods. Damaged goods must be returned to us, suitably packaged and LOWTOXBOX Ltd. will replace or refund the items.
